SENCO & Inclusion Support
Our Inclusive Approach
At Al Fajr Early Childhood Centre, every pupil deserves a place to belong. We welcome all children, including our Students of Determination, into a warm, supportive environment built on the belief that diversity strengthens our learning community and helps every child thrive.
Our approach is guided by UAE and Dubai law protecting the rights of People of Determination, and delivered in full alignment with KHDA's Inclusive Education Policy Framework.
What this means for your child:
No barriers to admission. We never require a medical diagnosis to enrol, and our entry assessment is designed to understand how we can support your child.
A dedicated SoD Coordinator leads our inclusion team, working closely with pupils, families, and teachers to ensure every child's needs are identified early and met thoughtfully.
Individualised Support Plans (ISPs) are developed collaboratively with parents for children who need more targeted support, with regular reviews to track progress.
A graduated system of support, from classroom differentiation through to individualised, one-to-one intervention, means help is tailored to each child's needs, at no additional cost for our standard provision.
A true partnership with families, with regular communication, parent workshops, and an open door for questions at every step.
We're proud to be building a centre where every child, regardless of ability, is valued, included, and given the chance to reach their full potential.
