Qur'an Memorization Program
Nurturing Young Hearts Through the Qur'an
Our Approach
At Al Fajr Early Childhood Center, we believe that introducing children to the Holy Qur'an from an early age helps nurture strong faith, good character, and a lifelong love for Islam.
Our Qur'an Memorization Program is designed to be enjoyable, age-appropriate, and engaging, helping children build confidence while developing a meaningful connection with the words of Allah.
What Children Learn
Our Qur'an Memorization Program focuses on memorizing the last part of the Holy Qur'an (Juz' 'Amma), which includes many of the short Surahs commonly recited in daily prayers.
Our program helps children:
Memorize age-appropriate Surahs (from Surat Al Nabaa till Al Ikhlas)
Develop accurate Qur'anic pronunciation
Build confidence in recitation
Learn daily Islamic supplications (Duas)
Understand simple Islamic values and manners
Develop a love and respect for the Holy Qur'an
We believe every child learns differently, and we celebrate every achievement along the way.
More Than Memorization
Alongside memorizing the Qur'an, children learn:
Love and respect for the Holy Qur'an
Daily Duas
Islamic values & manners (Akhlaq) -Respect, kindness, gratitude, and honesty
Wudu Steps
How to pray
Daily Dhuhr Prayer
Every day, our children listen to the Adhan, prepare for prayer, and perform the Dhuhr prayer together in small groups under the guidance of our teachers. This daily practice helps children develop a love for Salah, learn the correct prayer routine, and build strong Islamic values in a nurturing environment.
We respect the beliefs and traditions of all families. While Muslim children participate in the daily Dhuhr prayer, children of other faiths engage in enriching educational and developmental activities in a caring and inclusive environment.
